It took me a little while to be able to do this review because I haven't been home since it was received. I have bone on bone in my left knee and when I rub this on my knees I get instant relief. The relief might last for about 20 minutes but the fact that it is instant has me loving this product. I don't mind having to reapply. I also ordered the white grape and hemp seed recovery oils but I have not used them yet. Thank you Charles for this awesome product.

There wasn't any information on how to apply the ointment. However, I did rub it on my aching joints and at first I didn't feel a difference. As days continued and I continued to use it I did feel some relief. But overall it was not what I expected. I will say it does have a soothing, calming smell.

To be very honest I wasn't expecting a whole lot from the product but I figured I'd give it a try because of so many good reviews I wasn't expecting a lot because of the chronic pain that I experienced so I'm not saying it wasn't a good product it just didn't work for me. I figured I'd at least give it a try and if it worked great if it didn't I wouldn't be disappointed

This rub is very good, I use it every two to three days on my knees, lower back and shoulders. It works in a very short time frame, no waiting hours. You rub it on and it begins to work. An excellent product.
