How To Cancel Order or Subscription
To CANCEL an order or subscription, you must e-mail customer service BEFORE your order is shipped. We will happily process your REFUND at info@charleswarrenpresents.com

You have the option to SKIP next month's auto-purchase and keep your subscription active, just ask us how!

We have a NO RETURNS policy. Items sent back to us will not be accepted. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.


Missing Package? Contact your local USPS with your tracking number in hand. They will thoroughly investigate their delivery.

You, the CUSTOMER, are responsible for entering the correct/ preferred shipping address. NO REFUND will be given due to this mistake. NO REPLACEMENT will be shipped due to this mistake.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. All Damage Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.

To start a Damage Claim, please contact us at info@charleswarrenpresents.com with your order number and photos of the unused items, and in its original packaging. If your item(s) are eligible for replacement we will ship your new item(s) immediately. 

Please include "Damage Claim: Order [Order Number]" in the subject line of your email when you contact us at info@charleswarrenpresents.com.

 

Exchanges
We have a NO EXCHANGE policy. 


Refunds
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

If your item(s) are eligible for replacement but that product is no longer available, we will issue a REFUND on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
