SWEET GINGER VAPOR RUBS are unavailable during the hottest months of the year — mid-June, July, August, and mid-September — due to extreme temperatures. Subscriptions will be automatically skipped during this window and will resume afterward.

Current Processing & Shipping Time
Our current processing time is 5–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All orders are fulfilled and shipped in the order they are received.

Standard Shipping
: Subject to our processing time. All Standard orders are shipped in the order they were received. USPS Delivery takes 3-7 days depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Subject to our processing time. All Expedited orders "skip the line". These orders are shipped first at the beginning of every working day. USPS Delivery takes 3-7 days depending on your location.


Shipping Address Responsibility

You, the customer, are responsible for entering the correct and preferred shipping address at checkout. No refunds will be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

If the USPS system does not recognize or accepts an incomplete address, we will reach out via text and/or email to request clarification. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.


Step Out of Line Notice
If your unfulfilled order is still within the current processing window, please refrain from sending comments, emails, or voicemails requesting status updates.

We receive hundreds of unnecessary “order status check” messages each week, which significantly slows down the fulfillment process. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • “Where is my order?”

  • “I ordered last week!”

  • “Checking the status”

Posting these comments on any of our social media platforms or contacting us repeatedly while your order is still within the stated processing window may result in your order being canceled and fully refunded.

We are actively shipping orders Monday through Thursday. We will not argue, negotiate, or debate—we will cancel and issue a full refund if policy boundaries are not respected.


How To Cancel Order or Subscription

To CANCEL an order or subscription, you must e-mail customer service BEFORE your order is shipped. We will happily process your REFUND at info@charleswarrenpresents.com

You have the option to SKIP next month's auto-purchase and keep your subscription active, just ask us how!

Current Delivery Time (USA Only)
After you have received your tracking information, allow up to 5 business days for your order to be delivered. Keep up to date with the status of your package by using your tracking number on the USPS Order Tracking Tool .  Further questions? Contact your local USPS with your tracking number in hand.

Missing Package? Contact your local USPS with your tracking number in hand. They will thoroughly investigate their delivery. Charles Warren Presents does not deliver packages.
